What we collect

Member accounts include a username and may include profile details, attendance, membership standing, dues records, recognition, and waiver status. Legal names and biographies are optional profile fields.

What can be public

A player controls whether their public profile is enabled and which allowed optional fields appear. Real names are hidden unless a player deliberately chooses to share them.

Private chapter records

Attendance, dues history, waiver metadata, account details, and internal operational records are not public. Signed waiver PDFs are restricted to authenticated Officers and Admins and are never placed in public file storage.

Corrections and account disablement

Members may ask the chapter to correct profile information or disable their account. Historical governance and legal records may need to be retained according to chapter policy.
